So this week’s post is a day a late I know and I apologise, but better late than never.
Things are pretty much back to normal in terms of routine of work etc. So on Sunday I got in a really good Zumba work out in. It lasted 45 minutes and was the Sculpt and tone work out, I have to say that I forgot how much hard work it is, Yesterday I felt so sore and achy. It felt amazing. Yes, I realise that is an odd thing to say but I do, I love the sore feeling from a work out as much as I love finishing a work out dripping in sweat. I love how fun Zumba is it’s been so long since I did it, I may have to make a regular fixture in my fitness.
I hoping to be able to get another work out in tomorrow morning. But in all honesty it is going to completely depend on how Logan will be during the night as he is teething yet again. The Joy! I have decided to acknowledge the fact that I should take in to account the fact that I walk to and from work 5 days a week as a form of exercise, granted it doesn’t produce the same sweat inducing results as Zumba but a form of exercise none the less.

I also decided to completely change my hair, I decided that as it is the new year it was time for a new look. I want to feel confident in my own skin and feel like I want to create a new me physically, shallow I know, but I want to look good, I want to lose the weight and I feel like this new hair cut will help me in some strange way. If I can start to like what I see then hopefully it will have a domino effect with me being healthy etc. I’m babbling I know. Anyway here’s the new do…..
