This week’s Jelly Belly To Yummy Mummy post is going to you a little late. But in a way I’m glad because it gives me a chance to reflect on the week.
I decided to take some photo’s of my body just to see what it looks like and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw.
Sorry they aren’t amazing photo’s (phone selfies lol) But just looking at these photo’s I can tell my tummy is getting flatter and my waist is drawing in a little bit at a time but I am noticing a difference with my stamina and my overall fitness has been improving.
So this last week I have done lots of walking and have done a HIIT and a kettlebell session. I had planned to work out again yesterday but it just didn’t happen with food shopping and visiting family. That being said it was still an active day.
Food…That’s been better still not perfect but it has been much better and it’s getting better. And that’s the aim to make gradual improvements week on week so that it becomes a lifestyle change.
One thing I am a little frustrated at is that my water in take this weekend just gone has been almost non existent and been replaced by caffeine. So this week I plan on changing that.
This weeks goals are to continue to be active, which shouldn’t be a problem with a couple of things planned with the boy. I also want to drink plenty of water. (This needs to improve and stay improved) I also want to try to get some workouts in of an evening when I get home from work. It will be late but at least it will be done. That or I get up at 6 am which with the way Logan has been lately during the night will be unlikely.
Bit of a short one this week.
