Jelly Belly To Yummy Mummy #26

I’m late with the post again this week, so I do apologise.

So this last week has been a lot better on the food front, we made sure that we bought lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. We did however have an indian takeaway last night but it’s the only takeaway we had. So that is a huge improvement.

Sunday I cooked us a bit of a Sunday dinner but a healthier version.

Our healthy Sunday Dinner

So as you can see the majority of my plate consisted of Roasted vegetables and a small piece of Chicken. I have to say I really enjoyed it.

Another day I did us a kinda burrito which consisted of 5 Bean salad, onions, peppers and Ham in a whole meal Tortilla. It was absolutely gorgeous.

Exercise wise hasn’t been the best. Obviously I’m still walking to and from work 5 days a week which totals to about 30-40 minutes of walking.

Yesterday I decided that as I needed to go to town I would walk in with the boy, giving myself and Logan some fresh air and me some extra exercise. It took about and hour to walk up there and then spent a couple of hours walking around the shops getting the bits I needed. So all in all I spent about 3 hours walking during the day and then walked to and from work in the evening.

IMG_1667 My plan tomorrow is to get a strength training session in before dinner tomorrow evening, eat, have a soak in the bath and then get into bed and have a read of a new book I’m reading. Well that ‘s the plan as long as nothing comes up before then.

I’m afraid that is it for this week…..Oh and I lost another lb so I’m very happy, slow and steady wins the race.

So as always thank you for reading please do get in touch via the comments below or social media.

Slow & steady wins the race indeed. Sounds like you’re doing well. The burrito sounds delicious!! Walking is a great way to get some fresh air & burn some calories xx

Yeah the burrito was amazing so tastey, trying to have different food that are quick tastey and healthy.
