My Morning Skin Care Products

My morning skin care routine has change over the years and as I have got older I seen more of a need to look after my skin and I’m quite fortunate that I don’t really have any wrinkles as such starting yet, but I have learned that since having Logan and not getting full night’s sleep every night I need all the help I can get on a budget of course.

Now I’m sure you can agree with me that having a baby/toddler means that time to get ready in the morning is very limited. I consider myself lucky that my husband work’s from home as this give us both a little bit of extra time to get ready in the morning. But I do still like to keep it quick and easy, nothing too complex, so here are my skin care products that I like to use:-

Skincare-routine-1

Clean and Clear Morning Energy Shine Control Daily Face Wash Skincare-routine-2

This is a new buy for me, I have used Clean and Clear face washes before but lately I have had more of a shiny/oily face so thought I would give this a try. I have been using this face wash for about a week now and I can honestly say this really does do what it say’s on the bottle. Since I have used this product my skin is less shiny and oily. (This is an Oil Free Product) I have also noticed that my skin is a lot clearer in terms of breakouts.

I love that with this face wash it leaves my skin feeling really clean I don’t feel like there is any residue or makeup left behind. I also love that my face has this fresh tingly feeling afterwards. Despite this Face wash say’s “Morning Energy” it can be used both in the morning and at night.

St. Ives Blemish Fighting Apricot Scrub       Skincare-routine-3

I have been using St. Ives Apricot scrub for a few years now purely because I haven’t found anything that does as good as a job as this brand. Now this is the first time I have used their Blemish fighting scrub and wanted to try it because as mentioned before I have had a few breakout lately and I think the combination of this scrub and the face wash has helped my spots quite a lot this last week.

What I love about St. Ives Apricot Scrubs this that they are quite corse it’s not a product I would recommend to someone with very sensitive skin though I think they do a sensitive version. I use this product about 4 time a week and love how smooth it leaves my skin and you don’t need a lot either. My skin feels genuinely polished and all dead skin removed and skin left glowing.

Olay Beauty Fluid        Skincare-routine-4

This is another product that I have used for years. There is nothing I don’t love about this product. It’s light weight, non greasy and it smells amazing. This is a fantastic product and so inexpensive too you really can’t go wrong with this moisturiser.

This is also a great product for morning and night.

Simple Kind To Eyes Revitalising Eye Roll On     Skincare-routine-5

I’ve been using this product for the last 6 months or so. It’s not something I use everyday just on the days where my eye feel really tired and puffy. The gel is lovely and cool and leaves your eye’s and the area around them feeling really refreshed and soft.

One of the thing’s I love about this product is that you really don’t need a lot. A little goes a long way.  There are of course no harsh chemicals either so it won’t irritate your eyes.

So there you have it . The product’s I like to use for my morning Skincare routine. All these products are quick to use and deliver fantastic products. I’d also like to state that these are all my own product’s that I have gone out and paid for and have not been asked to promote these products.

What are your favourite skin care product’s to use? Do you have any product’s you swear by? Get in touch and let me know either via the comments below or by Twitter and Facebook.

As Always Thanks for reading and until next time.

Sam.
