It has been quite a while since I have posted anything on here so I thought I’d update you. There is a reason for this, which I don’t want to go into too much detail about but, we lost my father-in-law to cancer in march and I have tried to spend as much time as I can with both Logan and Rae.
The last couple of months have been hard Logan is 3 next month and already acting like a threenager. Rae is growing way too quickly. How is she four and a half months old already?
The death of my father-in-law has really made myself and Matt take a step back and look at our health in terms of diet and fitness. They’re really bad.
We are both at our biggest we have ever been. I am now 4 stone over weight. So we decided things need to change. We got lean in 15 book (the red one) by Joe Wicks and his workout DVD. And so far it has been fantastic. There have only been a couple of meals that we haven’t liked but we have stuck to it and stuck to working out 5days a week. Granted it has only been a week and a half but we’re already noticing changes in our body. Internally and externally. I’ve noticed my waist is starting to tighten up and Matt has also noticed he’s starting to tighten up too.
This is only a quick post to say I’m still here and to bear with me.
